• What happens next?

  If you decide that Dental Space is right for you after your initial consultation, we will write up an official contract outlining our process, timeline, payment, guarantees and expectations. We start by getting to know you, going-in depth to uncover your strengths, weaknesses, stressors and more. Then we will decide how to proceed by getting to know your practice and identifying pressure points and root causes of larger issues. Utilising all this information, we design a consultation schedule, milestone achievement timeline, and suggestions and adjustments for implementation that could include changes to your personal management style, organisation strategies, team dynamic, practice design, and more.
