Message from the founder.
For over 25 years, I have watched dental practices work below their full potential, struggling to meet their expected results, and working under an immense amount of unnecessary pressure. There always seemed to be no answers – there was a lack of cohesion amongst the team, that was otherwise capable and talented, which affected the patient experience and quality of care, and most of all, made the working environment overly stressful. A general sense of dissatisfaction seemed to always be the problem.
With a passion for improving the quality of life for every human, and a special interest and lived experience in dentistry, I began to explore the root cause of the dissatisfaction with a hope for improving personal success rates for dentists and their teams that could be reflected back on the practice, quality of care and patient experience. That’s how I came across Dr. Karen Curry Parker and her courses that focused on Human Design, and maximising your used potential based on personalized analysis.
I first began to analyze my own life using Dr. Parker’s human design. I began to understand the dynamics of my relationships, events that happened in my life, why I reacted to certain things the way I did and how best to recuperate after times of stress or hardship. I began to understand why some of my goals had proved fruitless even after many years of hard work and effort. Human design opened my eyes, and getting to know myself at my core, as well as others in my personal circle, has allowed me to see the bigger picture, and understand why things happened the way that they did, and how best I could manage them in order to provide myself optimal results.
Now, I have combined my two passions to create a solution for dentists and dental practices everywhere in order to help you maximise your potential too, and create an environment that not only exceeds your desired results, but allows you and your team to feel a sense of accomplishment. I strongly believe that the leader of a practice requires a strong foundation, and a strong foundation can only be built if you know what you are working with.

About the Founder.
Meet Alicja.
Alicja Stupecka is the CEO and founder of Dental Space. She has worked in the dental industry for over 25 years in a number of roles, including as a Certified Dental Assistant (level II), a Preventative Dental Assistant and Certified Treatment Coordinator in general and specialty practices, and as a Senior Compliance Analyst specializing in dental data analysis for problem-solving, quality control and compliance. She earned a Group Benefits Associate Designation from Dalhousie University, and a Business Administration Certificate from George Brown College, as well as a Quantum Human Design Certificate (levels 1-4), a Quantum Alignment System Certificate and a Transformation Coach Certificate.
Alicja combines her experience in dentistry as a dental management consultant with her human design specialisation as a transformational coach to help dentists exceed their operational, administrative and financial goals, and create a stress-free working environment through a personalised program that focuses on foundational self-discovery, and how to apply this to a professional practice.
